As a

Membership Executive

, you will provide outstanding service to our most valuable and valued VIC's, serving as the primary point of contact for all communications, promptly answering calls, emails, and enquiries with the utmost professionalism and discretion.



Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:


Managing inbound communications via calls, emails, WhatsApp and the Member App, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Maintain and update member profiles with accurate personal details, booking history, and relevant information to deliver tailored service. Managing the Members preferences across our enterprise systems for all hotels, restaurants and spas. Managing Member bookings within the Maybourne properties and outlets. Looking after all requests for lifestyle concierge services (out-of-house experiences and activities) such as dining nightlife, events entertainment, travel transportation, wellness beauty, shopping personal services. Utilize multiple technology platforms and systems to manage data, bookings, and communications effectively. Work efficiently within a shift pattern to provide consistent and reliable member support. Collaborate closely with operational teams (front desk, FB, spa, concierge) to communicate Member requirements and arrival information, ensuring all departments are fully briefed on individual member preferences and upcoming visits.
