As part of our continued growth, we are launching a new concierge-style business designed to deliver exceptional lifestyle experiences for our high-net-worth clientele.
We are seeking a
Membership Manager
to oversee client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and elevate the overall experience of our members.
The Role
The Membership Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our concierge members, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, discretion, and care. Working closely with senior leadership and our Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in shaping the client experience and ensuring our service stands apart in the luxury marketplace.
This is an entrepreneurial position suited to a highly organised, service-driven professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering best-in-class client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all concierge members, ensuring swift, attentive, and personalised service.
Manage onboarding for new members, ensuring a seamless introduction to our services and value proposition.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, maintaining regular touchpoints and proactively identifying client needs.
Coordinate and deliver bespoke lifestyle requests, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Oversee member communications, updates, and service announcements in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
Track member engagement, feedback, and service utilisation to identify opportunities for enhanced value.
Manage member renewals, satisfaction reviews, and ongoing service improvements.
Work closely with the Finance Director to monitor membership budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
Maintain structured reporting on membership activity, service delivery KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics.
About You
Proven experience in membership management, client services, guest experience, or account management.
Demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional service to high-value or high-net-worth clients.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple client requests simultaneously.
A strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and accountability.
Experience within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or concierge environments is highly advantageous.
Comfortable working independently within a small, agile team.
Contract Details & Remuneration
Contract position with competitive monthly salary.
Significant performance-related bonus structure, offering earning potential that exceeds the base salary.
Hybrid working model, with a minimum of two days per week in our Guildford offices.
