Membership Manager, London W1 Circa 40,000 per annum
Our opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead on enabling and encouraging voting members to fully engage with BAFTA Awards. This role will also deliver strategic activity to continuously improve membership functions, from the application and renewals process through to member services. Working closely with the Head of Membership, the Membership Manager is responsible for delivering strategies for recruitment, retention and engagement of BAFTA members globally.
The ideal candidate is customer focused with a drive to enhance member experience and engagement, using data to deliver exceptional consistency and efficiency of membership administrative functions and creating engaging communications. The Membership Manager is passionate about proactively contributing to BAFTA's strategic goal for an inclusive, global, diverse and active membership.
