Brand new premium gym opening early June so we are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. You will engage with potential members, analyse their needs, and present tailored membership options that align with their interests. A passion for building relationships and a strong sales acumen are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
Actively seek out new membership opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
Conduct thorough analyses of potential members' needs to provide personalised membership solutions.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective members.
Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Build strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the membership process, ensuring a positive experience for all potential members.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns aimed at increasing membership engagement.
Experience
Must be able to post social media videos and have a presence on social media
Proven experience in sales, preferably within a membership or subscription-based environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Fluency in Spanish is an advantage, enabling effective communication with a broader audience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with potential members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must have Minimum Level 2 fitness instructing
