is looking for flexible contract staff to support individuals across Cardiff and the surrounding areas with their mental health and emotional wellbeing - helping them live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives at home and in the community.

A full driving licence is essential

- this role involves visiting clients across various locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing emotional support, companionship, and practical assistance Supporting individuals to manage daily living activities and routines Assisting with meal preparation, shopping, and maintaining a safe home environment Enabling access to mental health services, community resources, and social opportunities Promoting independence, recovery, and wellbeing Supporting with medication (training provided)
We're looking for people with:

A caring, compassionate, and non-judgemental nature Flexibility with working hours, including some evenings and weekends A DBS on the Update Service (preferred) Experience in mental health or care settings is required
