This is a new and exciting project that supports individuals with a mental health diagnosis with their Recovery journey, moving from long term placements to a more independent lifestyle of their choosing.
The role would require you to support individuals with their daily living skills but predominately with their mental health so they can move from service dependency to self-risk management by giving them to tools to manage in a more proactive, positive way.
No experience necessary but you must be passionate about supporting individuals who would like to opportunity to make the changes in their lives.
The project is based in Andover, Hampshire
Main duties
Ensure the level of support is high and individuals are supported with all elements of their support.
Assist or administer medication.
Ensure the environment is clean and tidy.
Contribute to Risk and Support Plans.
Support colleagues to implement agreed ways of working.
To follow all policies and procedures within the home.
To help an individual develop skills and knowledge to become as independent as possible
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.50-1,350.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week

Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
