, supporting adults (18+) with severe mental health challenges.

Empower individuals

to engage with our service and achieve their personal goals and aspirations. Deliver

person-centred support

through key work sessions and targeted recovery-focused interventions. Help people

exercise choice and control

in their lives by working alongside them to create and review: Robust assessments Safety management plans Recovery support plans
