supported living in Norwich (NR2)

community clients in South Norfolk and Norwich

Salary:

24,959.61 (including RRA) for 37.5 hours

Sleep-in shifts

paid at

72.85 extra per shift

targeted, recovery-focused interventions

person-centred planning

to help people exercise choice and control in their lives Work alongside individuals to

develop and review robust assessments

BE WILLING TO WORK THE SHIFT PATTERN - sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays on a 6 week rolling rota
