About the role
We are looking for skilled MEP BIM modellers to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets.
This role requires a creative and technical professional who can deliver efficient and innovative engineering solutions while maintaining the aesthetic and functional standards expected in luxury developments.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating engineering design of luxury villas and boutique hotels engineering systems. You should be able to work independently throughout the day, coordinate with the team when needed, and deliver intermediate results weekly. You will report to a MEP design manager, but collaborate with the entire design team, including but not limited to architects, interior designers, structural engineers, the FF&E procurement team, and client representatives.
We expect you to have experience in MEP BIM modeling in different stages of the design development, be able to produce schematic, detailed design, tender documentation and formal design submissions.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be punctual, detail-oriented, intelligent, and motivated to deliver results.
Expertise in international building codes and engineering is beneficial for this position.
This is a full-time day job with expected involvement up to 40 hours a week.
We work normal central European time zone (CET) working hours 9-17 or 10-18, we expect you to participate in daily team's meetings.

Responsabilities
Support the Design engineering team on systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other engineers to integrate systems seamlessly into the overall project.
Produce detailed drawings, technical documentation, and system specifications using CAD and BIM tools.
Oversee equipment selection and BIM integration, ensuring it aligns with project requirements and sustainability goals.
Provide input during value engineering discussions to achieve the best balance between cost, quality, and performance.
Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and regulations related to BIM in engineering systems.
CV Requirements
Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, BIM, Digital Construction or a related discipline.
3 to 6 years of experience in design consultancy or general contractor
Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects - private homes and villas, hotels and resorts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 / ACCRevit and AutoCAD
Professional level of English, both written and verbal.
