We are looking for an enthusiastic, determined, number / data driven MAA to join our innovative and forward-thinking fashion brand. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to maintaining the stock levels required to meet or exceed pre-set sales plans, and fully maximise sales from available stock. You will also be required to understand the Brand product and commercially reflect this in stock distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Warehouse team, to understand when deliveries have arrived, and work assertively in distributing new stock.

Accurate distribution of new lines, in accordance with direction from Communications Manager and Merchandise Planner.

React to sales trends, prioritising in order to maximise sales and customer service..

Support the Merchandise Planner in maximising sales potential by monitoring stock levels and responding to requests, paying particular attention to core products and best sellers.

Prepare for all forward events including sales, promotions, Easter, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.

Provide analytical and administrative support to the merchandise and retail team.

Communicate effectively to provide a structured and organised service.

Respond promptly and professionally to the requests of internal and external customers and to build effective working relationships with colleagues and in other head office support departments.

Use performance reports to optimise stock levels and identify shortfalls by style and/or size with the support of the Merchandise Planner.

Work closely with hosts to communicate markdowns lists accurately.

Maintain the database, ensuring accurate product descriptions, categorisation and price changes are implemented when requested.

To analyse stock loss information after a physical stock count and highlight details of variances to Merchandise Planner

Support the Merchandising Planner with end-to-end fashion product launches across multiple retail partners

Manage launch trackers and critical paths to ensure products go live on time and in line with seasonal launch plans

Set up and maintain accurate product data on retailer systems (styles, SKUs, pricing, size curves, barcodes)

Coordinate with Buying, Design, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure products are launch-ready

Liaise with retailer contacts to meet submission deadlines and launch requirements

Ensure all product imagery, copy, labelling and product specification is submitted accurately and on time

Monitor launch progress, proactively flagging risks or delays to the Merchandising Planner

Perform accuracy checks on product listings pre- and post-launch to ensure correct online and in-store setup

The Person & Requirements:

Experience in a similar role

An understanding of the Buying & Merchandising cycle.

IT literate, with intermediate knowledge of Excel & merchandising systems for analysis.

Excellent attention to detail.

Numerical skills with the confidence to work with large amounts of data.

Take an objective approach to decision making.

Demonstrate excellent relationship building skills.

Be proactive, with the energy and spirit to solve problems.

Have a clear, open and honest communication style.

Be adaptable and flexible.

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

Have a good commercial awareness of the retail industry.

Experience in retail clothing desirable.
