Merchandising Admin Assistant



LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for a Merchandising Admin Assistant looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.

We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it. You'll be working alongside the product team to achieve high level administrative support and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.

Role Overview:


As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the merchandising team with a range of administrative and operational tasks. You'll contribute to the smooth running of the department, particularly during seasonal peaks, by ensuring accurate data handling, timely communication with suppliers, and efficient coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide day-to-day administrative support to the merchandising and buying teams, particularly during busy seasonal periods. Raise and maintain purchase orders in the system, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, working closely with the buying and logistics departments to secure shipment approvals. Manage data entry and ensure accurate maintenance of key systems and documents, supporting reliable reporting and decision-making. Communicate professionally and promptly with suppliers, responding to queries and emails in a timely manner. Support on ad-hoc tasks relating to the critical path, supply chain coordination, reporting, and sales data analysis.

Suitable applicants will display the following skills and experience:



Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within retail, buying or merchandising Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel (e.g. data entry, formulas, spreadsheets) Effective written and verbal communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams Ability to work independently as well as within a team and cross functionally Proactive with a positive 'can do' mindset Adaptable and calm under pressure High numeracy and literacy skills Familiarity with supply chain processes and critical path management preferred, although not essential
