Candidates with a background in mechanical engineering, machining, or surface finishing will thrive in this position. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform metal finishing operations including polishing, deburring, buffing, or chemical treatments
Set up and operate finishing equipment and machinery
Assist with process development and improvement initiatives
Monitor and ensure quality standards are met throughout the finishing process
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to solve technical and process-related challenges.
Helpful requirements but not essential.
Previous experience in metal finishing, mechanical engineering, machining, car mechanics, car spraying, gun smith,
Understanding of materials, surface treatments, and finishing techniques
Good attention to detail
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
No qualifications required, good work ethic, ability go get on with people but really someone who has attention to detail and cares about what they make.
