What You'll Do:
Schedule and prioritise work orders across fabrication, machining, welding, and finishing.
Manage stock, tooling, and consumables to keep production flowing.
Maintain records, work instructions, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
Support quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate daily updates and help train new team members.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in manufacturing or metalworking (fabrication, machining, welding, cutting).
Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
Knowledge of UK health & safety practices.
Comfortable reading engineering drawings and using basic IT systems.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
