The Opportunity




As a Metering Sales Manager, you'll lead a high-performing metering sales team within EDF Business Solutions, driving growth and innovation in a fast-evolving energy market. You'll play a key role in shaping sales strategy, developing new revenue streams, and building strong stakeholder relationships all while contributing to Britain's net zero future. What you'll be doing




You will be responsible for meeting metering business development, sales and gross margin targets while leading a high performing, engaged sales team. Your role includes developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating strategic deals, owning Terms and Conditions, and driving new revenue streams to grow the business. Building strong relationships with customers, brokers, and partners is key to understanding needs and ensuring satisfaction. You'll create account plans to hit targets, drive revenue, and maximise upselling opportunities. As a growth-minded leader, you'll promote continuous improvement, set clear objectives, and manage priorities in a fast-changing environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Development, you'll lead 3+ team members and deliver sales and portfolio targets on time and budget.
