MHE Trainer - Up to 34,000 DOE | MM Flowers | Alconbury, Huntingdon

Full Time | Permanent | Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday (avg. 40.25 hrs/week)

to deliver first-class training for our Material Handling Equipment operators at MM Flowers -- one of the UK's leading suppliers of premium flowers and plants.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering

RTITB-accredited (or equivalent)

training on MHE equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet pullers, etc.) Running

novice, refresher, and conversion courses

for new starters and existing team members Leading classroom sessions, hands-on assessments, and post-certification checks Managing training records and ensuring

full audit compliance

Partnering with the safety and operations teams to support continuous improvement Supporting the site through

peak trading periods

and helping to scale training delivery

What We're Looking For:

RTITB (or equivalent)

Certified Trainer Solid experience delivering MHE training in a warehouse or logistics environment Strong understanding of

pre-use inspections, safe systems of work, and H&S compliance

Confident communicator, with a proactive and practical approach to training Experience keeping training records and working in line with audit standards
Desirable but not essential:

Knowledge of

WMS systems

, logistics, or FMCG warehousing Experience delivering training during

high-volume trading periods
