We're now looking for a MHE Trainer to identify, co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements within the Operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Produce and update training materials Organise and deliver training both in the classroom and on the job Conduct on the job inductions for new colleagues Review, identify, plan and conduct ongoing training requirements for colleagues on site May be required to travel for training purposes

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Must be RTITB trained or equivalent - train the trainer qualification Experience working within a supply chain environment/warehouse - desirable
