We're now looking for an MHE Trainer to deliver high quality training and assessments, ensuring all colleagues are competent, compliant and confident in safe operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Identify, co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements within the Operation To conduct/co-ordinate training for all colleagues on all operational processes, including SSOW, MHE (Reach, Counterbalance, LLOP, PPT) Monitor and review the training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback To provide appropriate reports and training plans alongside ideas for improvements

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Ideally will have MHE training experience within a warehouse environment RTITB Accredited Fork Lift Training desired Strong safety mindset - safety or training experience would be advantageous Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver both positive and constructive feedback effectively and empathetically IT literate - use of Microsoft Office and internal systems to update training records
