Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented 'Artisans' to join our fast growing team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting our head of installations with installing, configuring, and reporting of projects on client sites. You`ll get hands on with products, and will be put through an offsite training programme to learn the systems in detail.

We are looking for someone passionate about interior design, someone with energy but happy to learn and listen. We really need someone that can communicate well and has an aspiration to grow and earn well!

Although Based in Chichester the role will require travel up to 1.5 hours away depending on the job so access to a car is really essential. We will support with all associated costs

Open to apprentices and those just been through Construction/Art college.

Duties

Carefully follow installation instructions and technical specifications to set up equipment accurately Use tools such as Trowels and mixers to create mixes and apply onto walls Collaborate with team members and work as a team Report Daily on progress Troubleshoot issues during installation, making adjustments or repairs as needed to ensure proper operation Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols throughout all phases of installation

Requirements

Proven ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics with attention to detail Experience operating hand tools, power tools Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues efficiently Excellent communication skills and keen to learn Ability to lift heavy equipment safely and stand for extended periods during installations Basic knowledge of Plastering and Venetian/Micro Systems

Pay: 118.58-320.77 per day

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
