The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Integration Developer is responsible for technical development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM technical Solutions while working closely with both the functional team and the customer. The role will require you to take a hands-on approach in designing and leading the technical implementation of Dynamics products, working with both onshore and offshore development teams. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ability to Lead offshore & Onshore development teams effectively in a diverse environment

Own project deliverables (status reports, documentation, test plans); Take personal ownership of the success of deliverables and projects

Adhere to industry and corporate development best practices and ensure that these are adhered to; advise customer on these best practices

Create and review technical specification/integration design documentation

Organise, review, and approve Development estimates

Customize and configure the system according to business requirements

Design and develop interfaces from/to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM

Design, develop, review, and test customized code Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM

Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements

Facilitate technical workshops and weekly status meetings with clients, including the ability to drive a client to decisions

Identify client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement

Manage and deliver small projects independently and can work productively unmonitored

Mentor developers and technical consultants

Ownership of technical specification/integration design documentation and Technical Architecture Documentation

Drive quality and consistency within the company and champion the use of the Proven Process methodology; Ensure methodology is adhered to on all projects

Input into the technical solution design and architecture including clear visibility of transition from as-is solution landscape to to-be solution landscape through delivery and ownership of solution overview diagrams

Ability to lead the approach to methodology as well as technical capabilities; Leads technical elements of integration workshops with customers, documents requirements, and designs appropriate solutions

Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and experience to ensure that the team grows in experience and effectiveness

Comfortable participating and leading pre-sales engagements from a technical perspective

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 354.07-653.56 per day
