About the Role:

You'll be working on Dynamics 365 CRM solution implementations. Working closely with the IT Operations Manager, day-to-day duties will include:

Developing an understanding of business objectives and identifying efficient ways D365/CRM will add value to the business. Planning and executing the implementation of CRM developments; providing regular progress updates. Knowledge in performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations. Dynamics 365 Solution Management. Integrating NLMs models to improve data retrieval, storage and processing.
The role is office based for the first 6 months, with hybrid option after that.

We are seeking someone with a positive, solution driven attitude, excellent communication skills and a can-do mindset.

Essential Skills/ Experience:

Experience of Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and extensibilities. 1 - 2 years' experience of MS Dynamics 365 implementation Proficient with developing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a business context Design & development experience in Dynamics 365. Experience of Power Platform development (Power Apps Portals, Model-Driven / Canvas Applications), Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate SharePoint. Hands on experience in configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics CRM. Knowledge of Web development, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, Javascript and SQL. Microsoft Azure knowledge. Experience of Source Control tools.
