As a MIG Welder for Gresham Office Furniture you will be expected to:
Be able to interpret and use engineering sketches/circuit/network diagrams to communicate technical information and complete welding components based on these
Run and Modify the Robotic Welders (Experience with robotic welding is desired but not essential)
Performing MIG welding to a high standard across a range of components.
Be able to identify and solve fabrication related issues
Know the physical features of the welding processes
Understand welding health and safety and adapt this to your role
Understand the principles of Metal Insert GAS (MIG)
Understands the Methods used in the production of fabricated parts
Be able to effectively cut using the plasma cutter method
The Successful Candidate must have:
A strong understanding of MIG wleding techniques and fabrication methods
A good understanding of interpreting techical drawings
Excellent Attention to Detail
Proactive approach to work
A Self-Motivating attitude
The ability to work independently and within a team
