We are seeking a skilled and reliable
MIG Welder
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, fabrication. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, producing high-quality welds, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, or aluminum components Set up welding machines and equipment according to specifications Measure, cut, and fit materials for fabrication Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with additional shop duties as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a MIG welder (1-3 years preferred) Strong knowledge of welding techniques and best practices Familiarity with grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
Welding certification (not required but a plus) Experience with other welding processes (TIG, Stick, etc.)
