Part-Time, Permanent (18.5 hrs/week)

Hours:

Mon 08:30-16:00, Tue 08:30-16:00, Wed 08:30-13:00 (can be flexible)

Military HR Coordinator

, you'll play a key role in supporting UK Armed Forces personnel with their pay, allowances, and HR needs. Based at the scenic Defence Academy in Shrivenham, you'll be part of a tight-knit team working side-by-side with military colleagues to ensure the smooth running of vital HR processes that keep our military world-class.

What You'll Be Doing





No two days are the same, but your core responsibilities will include:



Providing accurate, confidential HR and pay-related administrative support to military personnel Ensuring payroll and allowances are correctly processed and in line with MOD regulations Responding to pay and expense queries with professionalism and clarity Working across multiple systems and platforms to manage and maintain critical data


You'll be given

What You'll Bring





We're looking for someone who is:



A confident communicator (face-to-face, written and verbal) Highly organised and methodical, with great time management Known for delivering exceptional customer service A team player who can also work independently when needed Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word) Able to learn new systems and processes quickly

You'll need:





GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths (or equivalent) The ability to pass a Security Check (SC) within 3 months (we'll help with this)
