PROCESSING OPERATOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Processing Operator to join our existing processing team at our dairy in Bridge of Allan. Reporting directly to the Processing Manager, you will be entrusted with a high degree of independence and have a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful impact towards our ever-growing business.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 and will include weekends. Shift pattern: 2330 - 0800, 0400 - 1230, 1000 - 1830

This role entails:

Raw milk intake, leasing with tanker drivers.

Pasteurising milk and cream, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Cleaning equipment both manually and on CIP.

Completion of operational logs and data sheets.

Sampling for quality assurance testing.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally have previous dairy and processing experience, numerical skills, and the ability to understand written instructions. Attention to detail is paramount, as is the ability to work under your own initiate.

Due to the nature of the role, manual handling is required. PPE will be provided, as will full training covering chemical handling, manual handling, and the use of equipment.

Salary: Starting 14.50 per hour, and will be reviewed upon passing 3 month probationary period
