Job Description

- To lead the church to grow larger by providing kingdom leadership through technical and Sunday school including church Audio visual.
- To work with and under the direction of the senior pastor and technical team as a member of the pastoral team to enable the church to focus on the Great Commission and to equip the church to carry out the five functions of the New Testament church: evangelism, discipleship, ministry, fellowship, and worship. To preach and teach.
- To be able to travel within the UK and outside the UK for church programmes and propagation of the gospel.
- The applicant must have minimum of 2 years previous experience in pastoral knowledge, church outreach and smooth running of church services through the medial and audio visual production. Due to our requirement, the church need someone as our technical(audio visual)/Sunday school teacher, must be born again and spirit filled.

DUITIES


- The Applicant duties includes ability to make sure the church service went smoothly through technical, to teach the word of God and deliver Sermons.

- The applicant must be skilled in sound production.

- The Applicant will coordinate with the senior pastor and leadership team to plan and implement a vital, comprehensive outreach ministry for the congregation to reach people of all ages with Christian love and healing and street mission

- The applicant must set a goals with the technical team and for the congregational growth (in faith and numbers) and all technical profiles for the vast church program and fellowship.

- The Applicant must also be able to function in all kinds of services such as main services, burial service, naming ceremony, ordinations, etc. that relates to audio visual and sound productions.

- The applicant must be able to engage with other ministers to carry out programs of membership care, including plans for growth in devotional life and distribution of devotional materials.

- The applicant must have skills in technical management such as equipment's, cables and gadgets.

- Must be able to accept other additional duties as directed by the management.

Person Specification


An ideal candidate must
- Have a Pentecostal background.

- Be prominent in teaching the word of God in Sunday school, technical(audio visual) management.

- Must be able to liaised with the musical team in audio production and during concert events/church services.

- Be able to provide pastoral care for the congregation.

- Be flexible and able to attend relevant church meetings.

- Ability to train/develop interested youths in technical/audio visual knowledge

- Possess at least two or more of these spiritual gifts: servant-hood, teaching, exhortation (encouragement), leadership, faith, discernment, apostleship, administration, and evangelism.

- Must have the ability to listen to and communicate with people of all ages; a concern that others know Christ; the ability to work with church members, visitors, and unchurched people; and skills for organizing meetings and planning, evaluating effective technical support and events.

- Should show genuine interest in responding to the hopes and concerns of people in the community.

- Sound knowledge of the religion.

- Willing to travel on mission within and outside the UK.

Period of work per week

:
30 Hours per week,
5 days per week Wednesday, Saturdays and Sundays essential work days.
