Purpose of Role
Be an active partner in training bible teachers from diaspora communities.
To participate in biblical research and mission studies.
To lead and implement strategic initiatives that build deeper engagement within the church community while driving the mission's support efforts and ongoing ministries of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
To facilitate Biblical training for pastors
Study and provide written critiques on current historical, sociological, and theological trends
Adapting current and future teaching ministries onto an online platform.
Has a high degree of evangelical theological knowledge and the skills to teach that knowledge effectively.
Experience of Christian ministry in Africa and the United Kingdom
Design and execute comprehensive mission support plans including regular giving, major gifts, legacy giving, and digital fundraising campaigns.
Build and nurture relationships with mission agencies, churches, and other external partners to foster generosity and involvement.
Organize and promote events and activities aimed at growing financial support for London Bible Academy.
Create awareness of the non-profit's activities via social media content, newsletters, and donor updates.
Essential

Demonstrated ability to teach the Bible accurately
- Must be a grace doctrine evangelical Bible teacher
- Have a good understanding of UK church ministry within the diaspora Church
-Must have organizational and good written/verbal communication skills
- Requisite evangelical pastoral experience in cross-cultural and multi-cultural contexts
-Demonstrated experience in raising financial support for missions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Alignment with the organization's mission and Christian values
- Confident public speaker and relationship builder
- Excellent management skills including conflict management

Able to provide multiple examples of past public sermons, teaching material, and a document detailing the applicant's bible based theological convictions.

Qualification and Experience
A theology degree is a basic requirement or equivalent length of experience in Christian ministry as an ordained minister

Knowledge of grace doctrine
