This role's core focus is to deliver support and training in all aspects of School Management Systems (MIS). We support ESS SIMS, RM Integris, Bromcom, ScholarPack, Arbor, and Parent Pay. To be considered you must feel confident to provide training to customers and colleagues, remotely and on-site. Along with supporting schools to diagnose software and hardware faults.
