Independent mixed veterinary practice (yes, they still exist!) looking for an

over 2 years qualified vet

in sunny east Kent to join our expanding, progressive, friendly, supportive, experienced, close-knit team. This team consists of 6 full-time and 2 part-time veterinary surgeons (with two certificate holders), 7 registered veterinary nurses, 1 trainee veterinary nurse, 1 animal nursing assistant, along with support staff of 2 admin, 4 receptionists and 2 cleaners. The practice also has regular visiting specialist vets doing small animal orthopaedics, cardiology, and diagnostics. Alongside this we have an equine specialist doing regular lameness clinics closely with our veterinary surgeons.

We have all the usual toys and facilities including digital radiography, GE ultrasound for small animal & equine, separate ultrasound for farm & equine reproduction work, endoscopy and in house lab machines etc.

Amongst our premises there is a separate room with stocks for equine & farm work specifically.

Workings hours:

Mon-Fri - start 9am - finishing either 5pm/6pm

When on OOH shared rota (currently 1:6) SA consults 9am - 12.30pm
