Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage preparation. Proficient in basic math for managing orders and transactions effectively. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a bar or cocktail setting. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
