You don't need to come with a stack of qualifications--we train in-house, with highly trained team and an award-winning mixo leading the charge. What matters is passion, a bit of flair, and the drive to create unforgettable drinking experiences.

What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. The Fun Stuff)

Slinging everything from perfect pints to cocktails that make people say "what was THAT and can I have another?"*
Inventing and experimenting with new drinks--we're big on creativity and love pushing boundaries. Making guests feel seen, heard, and hyped up--customer connection is as important as the pour. Keeping your bar top as sharp as your patter--clean, stocked, and ready to rock. Staying on top of hygiene and safety like a pro (no one likes a sticky bar or a dodgy glass). Pitching in during the madness--collaborating with cleaning staff, helping during rushes, and keeping things smooth when it gets hectic. Handling tills, stock, and cash with care (and maybe even a smile).

What We're Looking For

Some solid bartending chops--we're not fussed if it's from a city cocktail bar or a buzzing village pub. A genuine

love for hospitality

--the kind that makes guests feel like they're in their favourite place on earth. A curious mind--you're always looking to learn, try new things, and level up. Quick hands, clear head--you can multitask like a legend and stay cool under pressure. Team spirit--we're a family here, and ego has no place behind our bar. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and the odd mad shift during events (it's all part of the fun).
