are seeking an enthusiastic person with good organising skills and relevant cleaning experience to join our contract management team in Surrey. As a mobile supervisor/operative, you will work closely with the local management team to provide a planned and responsive service for our clients.

Please note: this is a mobile role, and you will be expected to travel regularly across Surrey

Shift Schedule:

You must be able to have flexibility with your working hours, including split AM/PM shifts, and availability from 2pm till 8pm. (Minimum of 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities:

To carry out planned and responsive cleaning services. Work to an agreed scope of work, ensuring standards are maintained. To support the Account Manager with any other reasonable request. To accurately record and report site attendance to management. To proactively identify and seek opportunities within projects for additional work and business growth. To report and manage stock levels and ensure all sites have the required equipment, chemicals, and PPE for each site as per the agreed scope of work. To complete regular digital auditing reports via iAuditor to ensure all work is signed-off and agreed to by the client on the same day of the works being completed. To complete weekly Tool Box Talks via iAuditor. To raise awareness of any risks and hazards on site reporting any near misses or concerns to your line manager in real time. To lock and unlock doors of client's premises, where necessary. To identify any additional training needs and raise to your line manager. To promote a culture of team work and positive collaboration within all departments, in line with our Birkin DNA. To liaise with site staff, management, and stakeholders in a professional manner at all times. To bring forward suitable, practical working solutions to challenges on site and inform the line-manager where necessary for approval.

Essential:

Flexibility with your working hours, including split AM/PM shifts, availability from 2pm till 8pm . (Minimum of 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday). Willingness to travel around the Surrey area

Desirable:

Enhanced DBS Certificate Valid UK Driving Licence
