Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Minimum 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday with occasional weekends

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist with the delivery of cleaning across all sites covering Holidays and sickness. Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, floor scrubs, carpet cleans as required. Foster good working relationships with colleagues and client staff. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. Assist with staff training and inductions. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery. Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
