Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks within some of our school contracts, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. To assist the Account Manager with staff training and induction needs. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while on duty.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. A valid driving licence is desirable for travelling between job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail. DBS required (will be completed upon offer)
