Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a

Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with cleaning and supervisory experience who enjoys variety, working across multiple sites, and supporting teams to deliver consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Covering cleaning duties for staff holidays and sickness Completing additional cleaning tasks as required Training and supporting cleaning staff on site Carrying out audits to ensure quality standards are met Managing and delivering stock drops efficiently Supporting sites across

Glasgow and Edinburgh

The Role

You will be responsible for the delivery of

routine, planned, and periodic cleaning

across multiple sites. You will ensure cleaning staff understand task schedules and work safely in line with Health & Safety procedures. You will also deal with issues professionally and escalate to the Operations Manager where required.

What We're Looking For

Previous

cleaning and supervisory experience

A

full UK driving licence

Good communication skills Reliable, organised, and hardworking Able to work independently and manage your own schedule Professional attitude with a strong eye for detail

Skills & Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical ability to carry out cleaning tasks when required

Pay: 13.50-13.75 per hour
