We're looking for a
Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Rate of Pay: 12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 42 hours per week
Location: Co Op, 7 Cadham Centre, Cadham, Glenrothes, Fife, Scotland, KY7 6RU
Role Responsibilities:
Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development. Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard. Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed. Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels. Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.
What we're looking for:
Previous supervisory and cleaning experience. Strong communication skills and professional attitude. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. Ability to follow schedules and lead a team effectively. Self-driven, open, and committed to continuous improvement.
