About the Role - Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners across prestigious sites in Leeds and surrounding area's. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of cleaning operatives across multiple sites. Conduct regular site cleaning audits to ensure high standards are met. Ensure staff work productively and safely, following health and safety guidelines. Work closely with customer representatives to address any specific needs or concerns. Organise rotas to ensure full coverage during holidays and sickness absences. Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels efficiently. Assist with staff training and development. Carry out general cleaning duties as required.
