Cleaning Supervisor - Mobile

Location: Multiple sites (mobile role)

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 per year (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage multiple commercial cleaning sites, support and train staff, maintain high standards, and act as the key point of contact for clients. This is a hands-on, mobile role with on-call responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Training staff and delivering ongoing support on site Creating, implementing, and maintaining SOPs Following and maintaining Health & Safety procedures and compliance Participating in an on-call rota to support operational needs Carrying out regular on-site audits and quality inspections Managing multiple sites and day-to-day operations Setting up and mobilising new sites and contracts Liaising professionally with clients and site managers Ensuring cleaning standards and specifications are consistently met Reporting issues, risks, and performance to management
Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities supervisory role Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple sites independently Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable

IOSH or Health & Safety training Experience creating SOPs or audit systems
