Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-presented. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, homes, and communal spaces. Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning products safely and effectively. Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard within the allocated time frame. Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning appointments. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns promptly. Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous, demonstrating an ability to interact positively with clients. Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to client requests. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
