We're looking for a

Cleaning Supervisor

who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning and catering teams across multiple client sites.


Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift: 5 out of 7 - flexible

Rate of Pay: 14.10 per hour

Location: Herts HPFT NHS, Little Plumstead Hospital, Hospital Road, Norwich, Norfolk, England, NR135EW

Role Responsibilities:

Manage a cleaning and catering teams, including recruitment, training, and development Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard Manage catering operations on site, including, but not limited to - food ordering, food delivery, stock rotation etc. Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed

Previous supervisory and cleaning and catering experience Strong communication skills and professional attitude Ability to work independently and to a schedule Reliable, hardworking, and committed to service excellence Willingness to support continuous improvement in service delivery
