What we'll be asking you to do...
As a mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, effective responses to a wide range of forecourt and building maintenance issues throughout the UK. You will respond to reactive maintenance requests within agreed timescales, covering a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to, building fabric repairs, carpentry, fencing, window/door installation, and shuttering with a strong bias for plumbing repairs, such as fixing or replacing taps, sinks, pipework, toilets and associated fittings.

Practice and promote high standards in Health & Safety and Accident Prevention
Carry out assigned maintenance work (planned and reactive)
Good IT Skills and understanding
Complete Surveys using in-house software
Attend emergency call-outs within the required SLA
Communicate directly with clients and attend planned site meetings
Supervision of specialist sub-contractors
Be responsible for a company vehicle, site equipment, materials and off-hiring plant as required
Be flexible in your approach to your role and tasks, leading by example
Seasonal on-call Rota (Christmas and New Year)
Be mindful of business costs and unnecessary waste with a proactive attitude to planning tasks
The ability to work as a lone worker and as part of a team when required

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in planned and reactive maintenance
Skill sets within multiple trade disciplines
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Good communication skills
Well organised and good time management
A good problem solver
Holder of a full UK driving licence
SSTS or SMSTS
UK PIA (Fuel Industry Safety Passport) - Training Course can be provided
