Looking for a fresh challenge in the plant industry with real career prospects?
We're on the lookout for an experienced Plant or Agricultural Engineer to join a respected name in construction equipment. If you know your way around excavators, dumpers, and loaders, and enjoy working independently in the field this is your opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing heavy construction equipment on customer sites
- Using advanced diagnostics and OEM software to fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
- Managing your van stock to support high first-time fix rates
- Delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Proven experience working on plant or agricultural machinery
- Expertise in hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrics
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plant, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering
- Your own tools (essential), full UK driving licence, and right to work in the UK
- Strong Base Pay + Paid Overtime + Annual Bonus
