Are you passionate about sport, great with children, and eager to start your career in coaching and physical activity? Join our dynamic Children's Services Team at Saints Sport, University of St Andrews, as a Modern Apprentice in Sports Coaching.





We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and highly motivated individual who is ready to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification in sport. This post offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a supportive, challenging, and progressive environment.





In this unique role, you will support the Children's Services Coordinator in planning and delivering Junior Saints multi-sport weekly classes and holiday camps, helping children from preschool to high school develop a lifelong love of sport and physical activity.





The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Modern Apprenticeship in Sports Coaching at SCQF Level 6, supported by our external training partner, SDC-Learn. The programme is expected to take approximately 18 months to complete and comprises an SVQ with units focused on the planning, delivery, and review of sports coaching sessions, along with an additional optional unit from the framework.
