About the Role:
As an MFL Teacher, you'll be:
Delivering engaging French lessons to KS3 and KS4, including GCSE level
Designing inclusive lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners
Supporting pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEN
Using positive behaviour management to foster a focused classroom environment
Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff
Contributing to the wider school community and extra-curricular activities
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching MFL in UK secondary schools
Confident teaching French up to KS4 (GCSE)
German language skills are a bonus, especially for creative project work
Excellent communication skills in English
Creativity, initiative, and strong classroom management skills
Overseas qualifications accepted with UK ENIC confirmation
