What will you do?

Deliver the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability group/subject/s that you teach Establish a safe, purposeful and stimulating environment for pupils, rooted in mutual respect and establish a framework for discipline with a range of strategies, using praise, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairly Participate in any relevant meetings/professional development opportunities at the school, which relate to the learners, curriculum or organisation of the school including pastoral arrangements and assemblies Work collaboratively with others to develop effective professional relationships

What are we looking for?

QTS qualified Qualified to bachelor's degree level in relevant subject or allied subject Shows initiative and takes personal responsibility for their own actions with the motivation to work very hard, embrace any activity that is in the interests of protecting and education children and to continually raise standards.
