We are now seeking an experienced

Modular Installer

to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in modular building installations and a strong work ethic to become part of a forward-thinking, dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and fit out modular buildings on-site Install interior fixtures such as partitions, doors, windows, flooring, and MEP elements (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) where applicable. Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients on-site. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Travel to various customer sites with overnight stays where required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in modular building or construction installation. Strong knowledge of construction methods and safe working practices. Ability to read technical drawings and plans. Full UK driving licence (essential). CSCS Card or equivalent (preferred). Relevant trade skills (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing) are a strong advantage. Flexibility to travel and work varied hours to meet project deadlines.
