This role will be worked all year round ( Monday to Friday)
"This role would suit a Montessori qualified practitioner that has experience as an Early Years Teacher, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Nursery Educator or Nursery Assistant."
Qualifications:
Minimum Level 3 Montessori Pedagogy qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification)
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties:
Provide high-quality care and Montessori education to children aged 2-5
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
