Over the last year our business has expanded to include our own warehousing, delivery service and also our brand new outlet centre which is based in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Outlet centre specialises in selling graded domestic home appliances directly to the public, it also involves demonstrating brand new appliances and sign posting the customer to their nearest stocking retail.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our team at Montpellier in . In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customers' shopping experience by providing expert advice and support. Your contributions will directly align with our mission of delivering outstanding service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs Provide detailed product information and demonstrations Maintain a welcoming and organized showroom environment Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends Support aftersales processes to ensure customer satisfaction Contribute to marketing initiatives within the showroom

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Passion for the electrical or gas appliance industry is preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

This role involves working weekends on a rota system
