We are currently looking for a reliable and hard-working

Morning Cleaner & Food Preparation Worker

to join our team in Bournemouth. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in the early hours and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Duties:

Ensure the restaurant and kitchen areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest hygiene standards Clean equipment, floors, surfaces, storage areas, and toilets Dispose of waste and manage recycling following health and safety guidelines Restock cleaning supplies and report any issues to management

Food Preparation Duties:

Assist with early morning prep of fresh ingredients (e.g. chopping vegetables, portioning sauces, marinating meats) Follow all food safety and hygiene standards during preparation Support the kitchen team to ensure readiness for service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of food storage areas

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning or kitchen prep role is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks Good understanding of hygiene and health & safety standards Able to work independently and as part of a team Punctual, reliable, and physically able to handle a fast-paced environment Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
