The Opportunity

We are offering a profit share structure alongside the chance to step into a strategic leadership role. You will:
- Work with an existing, loyal client base while developing new opportunities
- Help design and implement new systems, processes, and a scalable back-office infrastructure
- Build and manage a team of advisors as we grow
- Influence the strategic direction of the business
- Enjoy substantial earning potential through profit share and performance-based incentives

What We're Looking For

? Minimum 5 years' experience as a mortgage and/or equity release advisor
? Fully qualified with FCA permissions and up-to-date CPD
? Strong track record of success and client retention
? Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and grow a team
? Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building and improving business processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 36,443.00-42,326.00 per year
