We are now looking for an ambitious

Mortgage and Protection Adviser

to join our expanding team.

The Role

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will:

Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, ensuring solutions that suit their personal needs and financial circumstances. Conduct detailed fact-finds to fully understand clients' goals, affordability, and risk considerations. Recommend suitable mortgage products, life insurance, critical illness, income protection, and general insurance solutions. Manage applications from recommendation through to completion, maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and providers. Stay up to date with mortgage market developments, lender criteria, protection products, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the growth of the practice through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) - essential. Experienced as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, ideally with Competent Adviser Status (CAS) - starting salary will be dependant on experience Skilled at building rapport, explaining complex information clearly, and delivering excellent client service. Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a varied caseload effectively. Committed to maintaining the highest compliance and ethical standards, with a proactive approach to ongoing professional development. Experience within a St. James's Place Partner Practice would be an advantage. Experience of Salesforce would be an advantage.
